Description
WPC waterproof deck covering is an increasingly popular environmentally friendly flooring material in modern decoration. It is made primarily from wood fiber and plastics, with a small amount of additives, and is extruded into sheet-like flooring material under high temperature and pressure. It perfectly simulates the texture and feel of natural wood while overcoming some inherent drawbacks of wood and pure plastics.

Water Absorption & Swelling Resistance: According to testing, our flooring has a water absorption rate of 3.06% in boiling water, and after 28 days of immersion in water, its thickness expansion rate is 1.81%, with a water absorption rate of 4.32%. This low water absorption rate ensures its excellent performance in humid outdoor environments.
Moisture Resistance & Strength Retention: After being subjected to cyclical damp environments, its flexural strength decreases by 5%-11%. Even after prolonged exposure to damp conditions, our decking tile still retains most of its mechanical strength.
Surface Hardness and Indentation Resistance: Our wpc deck tile has been tested to have a Brinell hardness of 79 MPa and an elastic recovery rate of 65%. This surface resists indentations from furniture and foot traffic while maintaining good elasticity.
