Packaging
We offer two packaging options for our WPC decking tiles for outdoor flooring: carton packaging and pallet packaging.
For carton packaging, each box is clearly labeled with product details, including model, color, and quantity, making storage and identification easy.
For pallet packaging, wooden strips or spacers are placed under the pallet to slightly raise the boards from the container floor. This helps prevent direct contact with moisture and allows better air circulation during transportation.
Quality Inspection Process
Incoming Material Inspection: All raw materials are inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our quality standards before entering production.
In-Process Inspection: Quality checks are carried out during each production stage to monitor dimensions, surface finish, and structural stability.
Finished Product Inspection: After production, finished WPC decking tiles are inspected for appearance, size accuracy, and overall performance.
Pre-Shipment Inspection: Before shipment, products are rechecked to confirm quantity, packaging, and product condition.
Non-Conforming Product Control: Any products that do not meet our standards are clearly identified, isolated, and handled according to internal quality procedures to prevent shipment.
