Project Description
This project was completed for a villa property in New Zealand. Co-extruded WPC Privacy Fence Panels were installed along the property boundary and backyard to provide separation from the surrounding areas and more privacy for the residents.
The fence was installed on existing concrete wall sections and supported with aluminum posts. The horizontal panel layout gives the boundary a neat appearance while keeping the fence design simple.
The area is exposed to regular rain, sunlight and changing outdoor weather. The co-extruded surface was selected to make the fence easier to maintain and suitable for continued outdoor use.
The wood-grain finish works well with the villa garden and surrounding landscape, giving the boundary a more natural appearance than a plain solid-color fence.
Project Requirements
Provide privacy around the villa boundary and backyard.
Use a fence system suitable for regular outdoor exposure.
Match the fence with the existing villa and garden.
Keep routine cleaning and maintenance simple.
Install the fence securely on existing concrete wall sections.
Use a suitable support structure for the outdoor fence panels.
Product & Solution
We supplied Co-extruded WPC Privacy Fence Panels together with aluminum posts and fixing brackets for the project. The fence panels use a horizontal slat design to provide privacy along the property boundary.
The co-extruded outer layer provides additional protection against moisture, sunlight and everyday outdoor exposure. The surface is also easier to clean than painted timber fencing and does not require regular painting.
Aluminum posts were used to support the panels and connect the fence sections. The system was fixed to the existing concrete wall areas to create a stable boundary structure.
Installation Details
The fence panels were installed along the existing concrete boundary walls. Aluminum posts were positioned at the required intervals and secured to the concrete base using fixing brackets.
The WPC panels were then fitted horizontally between the posts. The panel spacing and height were kept consistent along the boundary to give the finished fence a clean appearance.
