Capped Composite Deck Boards

The 148×23mm Capped Composite Deck Boards are produced with a WPC core and a separate protective polymer surface. During production, the two materials are formed together as one board, so the cap is part of the decking rather than a coating applied after the board is made.

This extra surface layer changes how the exposed face deals with outdoor use. Water, stains and sunlight meet the cap first instead of the WPC core. It also gives the wood-grain finish a more consistent surface and removes the need for painting, staining or sealing after installation.

Our WPC factory has a monthly production capacity of around 3,000 tons, supported by 42 production lines. Capacity becomes important when an importer moves from trial orders to regular container business: larger volumes have to be produced without pushing every repeat order into a long production queue.

The available capacity also gives us more room to handle several specifications at the same time. A distributor ordering decking together with fencing or cladding does not have to treat each category as a completely separate sourcing programme. Production and shipment schedules can be discussed around the full order.

The colors that sell well in one country are not always the colors that move in another. Some markets still buy heavily into warm teak and cedar tones, while others have shifted toward grey, charcoal and darker contemporary finishes. For an importer, copying another distributor's color range is not always the right stock decision.

The 148×23mm profile can be produced in regular colors or matched against an approved color reference. This gives distributors room to build the range around their own market-whether that means two high-volume stock colors, a broader showroom selection, or a specific finish developed for a local customer. Different colors can remain on the same board profile, so the dimensions and installation system do not have to change with every new finish.
